What you'll do
Build accurate quotes on assigned jobs.
Turn approved quotes into work orders and set honest lead times with production.
Own your jobs start to finish and keep customers posted.
Follow up after delivery.
Help cover the front office: calls, emails, website inquiries, walk-ins.
Grow into estimating for the outside sales team.
Who we're looking for
Likes people, likes solving problems, good on the phone and in person.
Organized. Can juggle quotes, jobs, and front-office coverage without dropping the ball.
Willing to learn the technical side: signs, decals, wraps, and how they're made.
Customer service, inside sales, or estimating experience is a plus. We'll train the right person.
Solid computer skills. Comfortable with a quoting or order-entry system, spreadsheets, and email.
